This permit is required and shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of §23.33 of the Wisconsin Statutes and Chapter 79 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances.
To apply for an ATV/UTV Route Permit, please reach out to Kevin Eslick by email at eslick.kevin@countyofdane.com. Please do not submit an application before first corresponding with Kevin Eslick. He will supply an up to date copy of the application form.
